| What Are Aetherbells?| Created from the souls of those who have died suddenly, Aetherbells were crafted by the two faced Goddess of Harmony, Astraea. To save the souls destined to become voids -the emptiness between existence- Astraea gave them a second chance to live happy lives. She moulded the souls into Aetherbells and tasked them with retrieving essence from living beings. As long as they consumed essence regularly they would be spared from the painful transition into voids.
